Buon effetto di dissipazione del calore: con il dispositivo di raffreddamento a torre Raspberry Pi può ridurre rapidamente la temperatura della scheda Raspberry Pi. Diverso dalle normali ventole, questa ventola di raffreddamento supporta la regolazione della velocità PWM, che è perfettamente compatibile con Raspberry Pi OS.
Si consiglia vivamente di utilizzare il sistema operativo Raspberry Pi ufficiale, che può configurare direttamente la ventola per regolare la velocità in base alla temperatura del processore tramite il controllo di configurazione Raspi. Altri sistemi operativi possono obbligarvi a scrivere tu stesso il software e a inviare segnali PWM alla ventola tramite i pin GPIO per controllare la velocità della ventola.
