Tipo di prodotto: Bistecchiera in ghisa con manico in legno
La ghisa è magnetica e MIGLIORE ADATTA PER LE PIASTRE INDUZIONE. È possibile utilizzare le nostre stoviglie anche su piani cottura a gas, elettrici e in vetroceramica. Anche le alte temperature di un barbecue, un focolare o un fuoco aperto non sono un problema per le stoviglie in ghisa. Le stoviglie sono adatte a tutti i tipi di cucina.
ATTENZIONE IMPORTANTE: gli articoli in ghisa non rivestita sono molto suscettibili alla ruggine. Affinché la padella non arrugginisca deve essere pulita prima del primo utilizzo dalla protezione antiruggine (olio di colza) e necessariamente bruciata con olio.
La padella non è adatta per l'uso immediato e deve essere preparata (cotta) per un lungo periodo di tempo.
I piatti hanno una superficie ruvida. Per evitare di danneggiare i piani cottura in vetroceramica, sollevare i piatti durante lo spostamento.
